by
reducing CO2 emission
Developed by Kiran Global Chem Limited, India
What is Geopolymer?
Geopolymers are inorganic, typically ceramic, materials that form long-range, covalently bonded, non-crystalline (amorphous) networks.
Obsidian is an example of naturally occurring geopolymer.

HISTORY OF GEOPOLYMER
In the 1950s, Viktor Glukovsky, of Kiev, USSR, developed concrete materials originally known under the names "soil silicate concretes" and "soil cements", but since the introduction of the geopolymer concept by Joseph Davidovits, the terminology and definitions of 'geopolymer' have become more diverse and often conflicting. The examples below were taken from 2011 scientific publications, written by scientists with different backgrounds.
ABOUT KIRAN GEOPOLYMER
Geocement is a promise to reduce global warming by reducing carbon dioxide emission using a proprietory liquid Geobinder with various industrial bye products viz. Flyash, Blast furnace slag etc. Geopowder, thus making it an environment friendly Green Product. The environment must be protected by preventing dumping of waste by-product materials in uncontrolled manners and by stopping Carbon dioxide (CO2) emission.

KIRAN GREEN Geobinder, Geocement and Geocrete are developed in-house through continuous Research and development for over 3 years. The R & D centre is a recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India as an approved in-house facility.

GEOCEMENT comes in a 2 part packing 35 Kg + 15 Kg (Geocement powder & Geobinder liquid) which can be mixed at site like normal cement with aggregates.

Prof. J. Davidovits, an eminent scientist invented this technology in which Silicon (Si) and aluminum (Al)ions in the by-product materials is made to react and the chemical reaction that takes place in this case is a polymerization process and hence product is called Geocement. Kiran Global has entered into an exclusive agreement with Geopolymer institute, France for developing a range of new-age Geocement for advance applications
Why KIRAN GEOPOLYMER?
Kiran Geopolymer is a promise to reduce global warming by reducing carbon dioxide emission using various industrial wastes, thus making it an environment friendly Green Product.
